Max Cora

      Max Cora lives in the St. Paul area. Max earned his B.A. from the University of Iowa in Art and Italian. While at the University he studied iron casting under Julius Schmidt. He also spent a year at Studio Art Centers International in Florence Italy.

      For the past twelve years Max has maintained a studio at The Anderson Center in Red Wing, Minnesota. He has been producing his own art work and done commissions for the city of Winnetka, Illinois, City of Red Wing, Minnesota, and Hubbard Woods Elementary School in Winnetka, Illinois. In addition to producing his own work, Max has been fabricating and installing sculpture for prominent area artists including Alezander Tylevich, Gita Ghei, Perci Clester, and Brian Sobaski. Max is also involved in restoration and repair work for area conservators and private clients.

      Max's work has been featured in the Cora Family Christmas letters.
